Hi, Well we're back in Harrogate - whoopy do! I might as well keep using this site for anything interesting that might happen while we're back, get my money's worth. Been to a couple of national parks - Big Cypress and the Everglades and added to our wildlife count. Saw loads of gators, mostly little weeners and some turtles, snakes and various birds. Drove down to the Florida Keys which was reet nice. Wandered the streets of Key West and stayed at the worst campsite ever - no grass just gravel to pitch your tent on. FINAL DESTINATION N to the Y to the motherloving C! Started off with a crazy taxi ride form the airport - speeding and swerving between lanes. Arrived at our immense hostel, biggest in the world apparently, but fairly deserted. We were in a 12 bed dorm but it was never full thankfully 'cos there were very few showers so would have been a bit of a mare. We've just recovered from our drinking binges in St Augustine. Went a bit mad on the 50c beer night (no surprise really) and somehow ended up in a vintage clothes shop trying on crazy dresses and shirts at 1am (pictures to come soon....). First stop Amarillo, where we started a new tradition of getting hammered in motel rooms and watching rubbish films (or episodes of Friends - which is always on).
