After that we whizzed back to Wanaka as we had a dinner invitation at Mark and Sonia's. The Salmon and Crayfish was fresh from a west coast fishery that day .. and tasted like it had just jumped straight onto the plate. Getting into these Central Otago Pinots and Pinot Gris too !
