Hey this time we are really are in Mt Hutt ! A spectacular flight from Auckland to Christchhurch on Wednesday - picked up our 4WD hire car and headed to Methven. Its winter time - and we find ourselves on our friend's Mark boat in Auckland harbour. First we whizz around Rangitito the extinct volcanic island before heading up the north shore past Takapuna beach.
