The final day of packing started early and frantic, we still had to get lots of stuff in to storage and rubbish to be cleared from the house. 4 runs to storage and 3 runs to the dump later and the house was 95% clear. The packing continues in a form of controlled choas. The second basingstoke house is with the letting agents and they are looking for some tennets for us. The packing and clearing up continues at a pace. Adrian's birthday is now over so we are now focused on getting everything ready for the trip. The houses are being cleared, various things are being put up on ebay for the trip. Freecycle is getting flooded with things that will not sell on ebay, but really need a good local home for them to deal with. What we never realised is how much stuff we have. Another short weeked trip to a Caravan Club Rally. Mulled Wine making competition this time. We didn't do too well in this particular event, little too much in the way of cloves in the flavour, (I would drink it). It wasn't the worst by a long way. Adrian and Rebecca has a great time. And the planning for the trip continues. It looks like we have finally settled on a planned departure date in Feburary. But we are dependent on getting some passports back from the New Zealand embassy in order to be able to book the tickets for the first ferry crossing. We have a couple of more short trips planned in the motorhome and then it is the bing one. The count down has really begun.
