We left the camp site and drove north, through Omagh and pass Derry, passed through Colraine which is the birth place of my father to reach Bushmills and the camp site near the distillery. We left Galway and the weather improved slightly as we drove north, we were heading in to Northern Ireland tonight and were stopping in Enniskillen. The sun broke through the clouds and we were treated to a lovely journey through the glens and into the north. There is no indication that you have cross from Eire in to the UK at the border, just that all the speed limits are suddenly in miles per hour. So we arrived at the campsite and found a space. We headed over to Geoff's place in wales to drop the car off before the ferry across to Ireland. As we need to get some stufff sorted out and it was going to be a late night crossing we decided to get there the day before the ferry. Once all sorted we set of in the late night to get to fishguard docks for the 2.30am ferry. We got there in plenty of time and put the sleeping children in their beds so they could get some sleep before the ferry.

We left the the Luton area and headed towards the Fishguard docks. As we knew this would be a long drive we had decided to break the journey up. Rox set off in the car and David followed behind in the motorhome. Leaving the site, David clipped the exchuast against a kerb and had to spend a quick half an hour fixing the exchuast back to the motorhome. It was a good visit to David's sister. We picked up the remaining post, the children had a good play and we were ready for the trip across to Ireland.
