The morning started with mexican buffet breakfast at the Playa, courtesy of our hosts. Pepesan and Mazatlan Rotarians welcomed the Alberta group with wide open arms. Paulina- the queen of Mazatlan Rotary provided interpreter services. Each of the group was presented with personalized hats and shirts from our hosts.

We were then off for a tour of the city. We went north to the new marina developments and then back into the Town and went up the Antenna Hill for a view of the city. Then visited the harbor area before going downtown and saw the refurbished Theatre. Then as all Rotary events flow- it was time for food with lunch at the Panama. Then had a chance to visit the market of Mazatlan. Some enjoyed the pigs head and sides of beef being carried into the market. Of course the seafood at the market was abundant and fresh. Then back on the bus to the hotel.

Everybody is on there own for tonight supper after happy hour in the hotel- a fine Rotary tradition. The Edson Rotarians are being hosted by Paulinas mom for supper- she has been cooking all afternoon.
