Nothing to be done. All we seem to be doing now is going over places we have been already, slowly meandering our way back up to Auckland via places we have already spent at least a day, before we leave in a couple of days. After a night out on the town saying goodbye to our Irish companions, we had to head out early this morning to get to Kaikoura. This time though, Emily has joined us and will have to put up with the pair of us until we get to Auckland! Our stay in Christchurch is short but sweet - we leave tomorrow. It has been a nice place to stay though. We took some romantic walks through the Botanical Gardens, and strolled along next to the tram. (Not quite hand in hand - Dan wouldn't allow it in public.)
