Does it look hot? Its really hot as we walk from the Metro, I think the heat is worse as it bounces off all the stone buildings everywhere. We head to the Spanish steps for the obligatory photos then head into the nearest cafe to have a cold drink. While there we observe the pusher rose sellers thrusting roses into unsuspecting female hands then siding on up to the hubby for the money. With no luck at all when we were looking, the roses thrust directly back at the seller, who then tries realy hard not to take them back. And as for the men peddling fake handbags in this heat, standing for hours? And the sun umbrella and hat sellers carrying great stacks of each! You know you're not in NZ thats for sure. Brett managed to buy his nice hat from one for 25 euros when we arrived, and saw the hat today at a legal stand for 8 euros.......

Euro 2012 Football tournament is on and we're about to watch Spain play Portugal in a bar somewhere!
