Recipe for the road
What we have been eating on the road, with limited cooking apparatus
2 vegetable stock cubes.
Cornichon
carrots
onion
cheese
1 cup of Rice
Boil the rice for 15 miinutes, crumble in one stock cube. Once cooked add veg, cheese and stock cube, stir. serve in plastic bowl, or eat out of pan if bowl can't be located.DONE.
