People say ship life, you work hard and play hard. This is very true! I have had four hours sleep and planning on hitting the crew bar again this evening. If it was my choice I would sleep, however a crazy Italian is making me go out I love my disco naps, there are required for survival. It is fun hanging out with different nationalities. In my team alone I have American, English, Italian, Germany, Trindad and Tobago, South American, Portuguese, French. They are all a little crazy in a fun way! Not forgetting my American (German) Alexis, she is from another department but she is my drinking buddy since the start. The other night was fun due to performing well as a boat we got to stay late night in the Bahamas. So we all went out partying. I had to be dragged home as I wanted to stay out and dance, just one more tune. I know does not sound like me I have just been eating at Hard Rock Café, it was fun to do something normal. One of the girls is leaving; she is making it her leaving week, rather than her leaving night. I was up the other night on the boat watching the sunset, there are moments when I feel lucky to have this opportunity, it is beautiful up there when there are no guests. I have been learning a couple more areas, the Concierge and Island. I am going to have to be horrible to someone soon, I am been too friendly. I get Disney excited when I speak to guests; they are changing me, aaagh! Hehe Concierge lounge is for the rich families they have their own area and the staterooms are gated. A little like Titanic, keep the lower class out! Hehe A concierge stateroom costs roughly 15 thousand dollars for four nights, which is crazy money. I just go up on embarkation to help out. I greet them at the door and welcome them into the lounge or I would sit and update their special requests on the computer. It is something different and not as crazy compared to downstairs. When I am on the Island, castaway Cay, I just sit at an information booth and answer any questions. It is fun as you get to hang outside, although sometimes it is too hot. The barbecue on the beach is yummy. I have to get myself out and snorkel as I can do that for free. Halloween was so much fun, American families really go all out. I ate to much candy, I do miss English Chocolate, not a big fan of Hershey. I forgot to get an outfit, so was annoyed at myself. However all of guest services decided to dress up in are bed sheets and have a Togo party. It was funny; I will try put photos up soon.
