Took a stroll down to The Old Biscuit Mill market this morning before the crowds arrived. I'm not much of a chef ( chicken curry being my limit) but there seemed to be ingredients from all corners of the world there. Picked up some wild boar, coffee, African pesto and Jameson Whiskey flavored pork as gifts, although I'll probably eat the wild boar and drink the coffee myself.. Extremely hungover is not the condition to be in to go up Table Mountain, especially on another roasting hot day that was also very cloudy.. Took off early this morning with the aunt and uncle for a drive along the coast. This place is seriously unreal.. endless amounts of golden beaches and beachside villages all along the coast that were not overrun with tourists( like myself..). It was similar to The Ring of Kerry, but probably even better due to the sunshine..although you can't beat the kingdom on a sunny day in my opinion.
