So we arrived in Hue yesterday about lunch time and as you can probably guess we grabbed a cheeky nap. Not surprising though after only 2 hours sleep before our bus and a bus driver that thought it was funny to turn off the air con every now and again.

Whilst Rosella and I slept, Phil and Dan went for a beer. At about 5ish we joined them, just in time for happy hour!! After dinner and a few beers we moved on to Leg Openers...........a passion fruit rum based drink. After meeting bar manager Bob (an Aussie girl) it became quite a cheap night. She decided that because we were so awesome she would get our drinks all night. Who were we to complain?!?!

Anyway, when the bar closed we walked down to a bar called Brown Eyes. Well everyone except Phil. He decided to borrow the local bicycle taximans bike and cycled down to the bar. It was a really good night. The bar had massive air con machines that were more attractive than the women........which says nothing against the women in the bar. We played pool with Phil and Dan knocking off the top two and had a bit of a dance. This is also where we met Canadian James who will be joining us in Halong Bay in a couple of days.

After the night out we slept until about 11, grabbed some lunch, and then got some motorbike taxis to show us around the sights of Hue. We were like a bad boy biker crew with drivers. We stopped off at three destinations. They were Thien Mu Pagoda, Tu Duc Tomb, and Quang Trung Statue. It was a good afternoon but I didn't feel we saw anything special. The highlight for me was the scenery as we biked around.

We finished the bike tour with about an hour spare before our bus and we are now on our way to Hanoi where we will be visiting Halong Bay.
