We are now on our way to Chiang Mai, our last stop before we fly home!! We have just spent three nights in Vang Vieng, which is famous for tubing. Tubing is where a load of young Westerners go, most with a tube that they have hired, and tube down a river, stopping off at bars along the way. After a mental four nights in Hanoi and Halong Bay we headed to Luang Prabang, a tiny and peaceful town in Northern Laos. It was just what we were looking for. On arrival we checked into a guest house and slept for about 5 hours. It was the catch up we needed from the nights before.
