Lucerne was pretty much chosen as a good central location for us to visit Interlaken, Bern and also it was well placed for us to get to Geneva for our flight home to the UK. It is a very nice place in its own right with pleasant walks available along the lakeside or through the old town area. Below are some photographs from our time in the city.
