Flew from Adelaide to Sydney this morning! Flight was fine, I am still surprised at how I am no longer scared of flying! It's amazing!

Flying into Sydney was impressive....the views of the harbour were amazing! Unfortunately the best views were from the other side of the plane but I got a woman across the isle to take a couple of snaps for me!

We had arranged that Katie would meet us in arrivals as she landed a couple of hours before us......however we had come into the domestic terminal and and she was at international arrivals! A ten minute bus ride across the airport and about 14 phonecalls later we were reunited outside WHSmith in Sydney airport!

Was so good to see Katie and we had a coffee at the airport to catch up before getting a taxi to Rose bay where we are staying with Peter (Bob and Nancy's son).

We arrived and were immediately welcomed with a cooked breakfast which was great! We got cleaned up and Peter and Sarah took us over to Bondi for a few beers and then headed back and had a lovely dinner.

All in all and excellent day! The three of us had a pretty early night after all our travelling. Katie had done a 26hr flight from London via Singapore so Ollie and I couldn't really complain about 1hr 30min flight from Adelaide!

Views from Peter's apartment are breathtaking, right over the harbour to the bridge and the city.
