Go for breakfast with Yoshi and Ray, decide to get a bacon and egg bap. not traditional food, but something that I have been craving for a while. Yoshi and Ray leave today at about 6. So we head around the market in the afternoon, I'm looking for tshirts and shorts because the ones that I have are too thick. I need something a little thinner to prevent my over heating! Unfortunately after walking for about 20mins with no success I have given up for the day and so it's time for something to drink.

Yoshi and I go to a juice bar, we are the only people there, we actually think that the place is closed. Then a Vietnamese girl appears and shows us a menu and I get some fruit smoothie thing. It is pretty refreshing and there is even a fan blowing around us which is great. Yoshi has been travelling for over a year, and has booked her ticket back to Japan, she will go home in a month or so. It is interesting talking to her and seeing how different her attitudes are as she comes to the end of her travel. Being on a journey for so long I can see how excited she is about going home. Though she does not want to go home for long, only a short while then travel again. I get myself a sim card while waiting for our drinks, so at I can have a point of contact. We head back to the hostel after and Yoshi and Ray head off.

I head out for dinner with Abdullah, we try to find this place that he had been to the previous night, but after wandering around for a bit we could not find it. I was so hungry that I actually got a kebab from a stall as we were walking, to tide me over. We end up just picking somewhere on the street, back on to our plastic chairs. I get some dumplings in a spicy sauce and of course some bia hoi. We go to a couple of places and I sample the bia hoi, Abdullah isn't drinking. We get chatting to a group of Dutch that were sitting beside us and a couple of Vietnamese girls, Emily and An. Their English is pretty good, and they are interesting to chat to. After the beers it is time for bed. I have my early rise for Ha Long Bay tomorrow.

Of course, of all the nights! The only night that I have to get up early the following day. This is the night that the whole dorm decides to have a big conversation about politics, with the main light on and everything! I'm pretty sure they are talking loudly and inconsiderately. I doze on and off, waking up with the noise and heat. I think they all shut up about 3, brilliant!
