So this morning I got up at about 6ish to see off Mum and Dad. They were all packed and ready to go, so it was just a very fast sign out at reception and hop in the taxi. It was very, very weird to be saying goodbye to them again, just after it was normal to be back in their company again. This time was also that much more strange, because we were on the other side of the world and I was saying goodbye as they went home?! Anyway, as I say, they were soon in the taxi and heading back off to the airport.
It was still so early I was considering going back to sleep, but after getting back into bed it was obvious I was way to awake to sleep anymore. Instead I finished yesterdays blog, watched surfing movies on the Internet and chatted to people at home on WhatsApp, before going for a final EPIC buffet breakfast.
I had got an extended sign out on the room allowing me to stay at the hotel until 3pm, so basically just bummed about for the rest of the morning/early afternoon. I tired and tried to work out what was going on with the guys, but phone call reception was crap and they were out so I couldn't Facebook. In the end I couldn't get enough info, so booked a hotel taxi and went back over to Bingin to stay at Leggies.
When I got there the dutch guys who were here last time were still here, so I caught up with them again which was sweet. I then managed to get some sort of contact on Facebook with the others, who were in Legian down by Kuta.
For the rest of the afternoon I basically just chilled out an read my book or swam in the pool. Despite having a lazy morning I was more than happy to just bum about all afternoon.
At about 6pm I walked down the cliffs to Bingin Beach, to watch the sunset over a cheeky Bintang and eat some dinner. It was strange being by myself but it was really peaceful down there, and ended up getting all reflective and thinking about my travels and going home.
I got back to Leggies by about 8pm just as it was getting really dark, read a bit and then went to bed, really tired despite doing nothing.
