Hello,
After leaving Udaipur we spent the last two days in Pushkar, a holy city and important pilgrimage sight for Hindus. The town is similar to Udaipur as everything is situated around a lake, this lake however is said to contain holy water and bathing ghats line the banks. One of the more famous of these ghats is the Ghandi Ghat and is the sight where his ashes were laid.
The local wildlife consists of monkeys that run along the roof tops! We hung out with the monkeys on the hilltop savitri temple. We also spent hours watching fathers and sons battle it out in kite fighting, whilst enjoying chai.
The place had a spiritual feel to it, although at times it appeared to be over-run with tourists. We have moved cities to Jaipur, the capital of Rajashan, so we will update you all soon.

p.s. you may spot Dale sporting a streamlined new haircut in the new photos to come!
