Well it's been a busy old time since I last wrote so figured I should give an update!!

Although most of my time is taken up with work, swimming and the 'occasional' drink, I have had a couple of exciting days over the past few weeks! I did eventually go on the other free day trip and had a cool time - went pretty much the same places I went with the other one but there was a bit of difference (take a wee look at the new photos!).

It was also labour day on Monday and I had a great time! Did a short shift at work which was actually a lot of fun (although it is suprisingly difficult to count people coming in through 2 entrances at a very busy event!!! - took waaaayyy too much concentration!), then I got a phone call from Alan who is kind of a distant cousin I have out here in Auckland who invited me to a BBQ! Exciting stuff! So him and his fiancee came to pick me up from town and we went for a wee drive along the beach before going back to theirs... unfortunately Celine's car decided it didn't like me and it broke down so we had to get the AA out... but it was a gorgeous spot to break down in and it was nice and sunny so all good!! Had a fab night with the two of them and tried some really bizarre flavoured vodka too...

Yesterday I again worked in the morning then Hayley (one of the girls I work with) took me to a shopping centre to try and find a halloween costume which I did and in the $2 shop so it was stupidly cheap! Huzzah! Got the bus there and got the train back so I got to do lots of looking out of windows which was cool but it's making me want to go somewhere for a couple of days!!!

Anyway, I am gonna go cos I gotta go get some drinkies for our halloween party tonight!! Gonna be a goodun!! :D
