It been a couple days and there have been some changes. I moved out of the motel in the next town over and am now in a motel/hostel. This place is much better than a motel though. I am in a bunk room with one other guy, Dave, and he is pretty cool. There are 2 four person bunkrooms a ten person bunk room and some suites, single rooms, and double rooms. But for $30 a night, bunk rooms are just wonderful. The place, FireSide Inn, is very homey. You are able to sign up for a full course breakfast in the morning, yet it cost extra so I have yet to do so. From 4-9 you get free tea, hot chocolate, cider, and cake. The best part about the place is the common room however. There is a nice living/dinning room where you can hang out play games, watch TV, and make your own food. Oh and there is a hot tub too.

Here there are a few kids around my age looking to do the same thing. Unfortunately they are all in the same boat. No jobs, no luck with jobs, and DEF no housing. I guess this makes you feel a little better about it, but at the same time it stinks man. There is one kid however who is here at the Inn for the max stay of 20 days and is skiing all winter, no work. moving from resort to resort. There is an idea!

I walked up and down mainstreet the other day going to all restaurants, but most say they either they have nothing, or just fill out a application and we might get back to you if we are in need. PAIN.

Better news. Got a free pass to all the ski areas around for a few days. Thanks to aunt Lisas friends business worker. So the last 2 days I have gone out at Breck and today i am going to Vail to ski with someone from the Inn.

11/28 to 11/29 it snowed on and off all day and night. 11/29 was real cold on the mountain, but there was no one up there. Did 15 runs in 2 hours. That is tiring.

11/30 today- vail-40 degrees and sunny with some fresh snow as always!

Job and place to live would be nice, but i guess you cant get everything!
