Today I have woken up motivated to eat healthy and get fit!! I woke up relatively early for the children and made them their breakfast, I then had corn flakes and melon as that was all we had in the house that was relatively healthy! I cleaned the house and we waited on their mother arriving home from work. For lunch we had soup which was made up of chick peas, rice, boiled eggs and water.. Sounds bad but it was delicious as well as healthy! At night the children had a birthday party and I needed to find my inner soul/patience today as I had lost it! I decided to go a run instead. I was slightly nervous as I had not ran in around 3 weeks, however I absolutely loved it and altogether did about 11km. I ran to the beach only stopping a few times and at the end of the beach I managed to watch the sunset, it was beautiful and all the peace and alone time I needed. I ran back absolutely dead with my knee and because I had been out a long time. I had a shower and went to bed with some greys anatomy, it was the perfect end to a stressful day.
