Cadence Goes To Rome
Tonight I had an Italian cooking class at school with my housemates. We made all traditional Roman foods and it was not too bad! For starters we amde fresh pesto with homemade pasta (I picked the basil leaves myself), then we had eggplant parmasian which was to die for. For dessert we made custerd with a fresh peach topping. It was all tastey, but intense labor. The pasta maker we used was a weird looking handcrank tool... it takes a lot to make fresh pasta, and pasta that fresh only has to be cooked for thirty seconds.
But now I must study for my exams, oh man.
