Down town Rome is amazing! You look to your left and see people on their iphones, you look to your right and see ruins from 4 B.C. It is mind blowing. I have now seen the pantheon and would dare say it is the most beautiful thing I have seen yet, even more so than the colloseum. It is as wide as it is tall and you could fit a side ways Pantheon inside the Pantheon. I throw two coins over my left sholder into the Trevie Fountain and made a wish. I also hand fed a seagull...
a few things about the Romans, Laws here are more like guide lines, especially for teh Italian driver. People park EVERYWHERE and in all possitions and no one cares. The Anciant Romas must have been huge because some of the door handles are so high up, I can not reach them on my tip toes. You can not be a large person and live here, I barely fit through the door ways with my backpack on. Gelato is probably the greatest gift you can give a taste bud. Dinner is always very late and takes a minimum of three hours. Last night my house mates and I went out for dinner to a little hole in the wall italian pasta place and it took over three hours for dinner. We got back past midnight and all we did was have dinner.
Gypsies are real, dont worry, I followed one with my camera and I will show you all. Also I saw one sitting out in front of a cafe with underwear on her head. I will lieave you with that image for now!
