Its been a while since we spoke and a lot of water has gone under the bridge since then so a list of highlights of the past month will be written.... We started with a trip to Perth Mint on 16th October. Never seen so many coins, diamonds and gold bars in one place. Interesting afternoon and got to see a gold bar poured in front of us! Its Monday morning and like 50 or so percent of the worlds population were used to going to our workplace. Except this is our 12 month holiday. Wrong. Touchdown........Perth, Australia. A gruelling 27 hours but we make it! We have always enjoyed seeing different places and doing different things but this is something else. Other side of the world, the old saying "thrown in at the deep end" comes to mind. We check into hostel around 2.30am after delay getting through immingration, nightworker is friendly and our room is clean and tidy. Result!
