Today was spent mostly travelling from Pattaya to Bangkok
but today was also spent realising what a real Thai toilet looks like...
Well....This is what a real Thai toilet looks like! For guys this is ok but for girls! Well thats a different story.
James had already been and told me what the toilet was like, but I didnt believe it was the same for girls so... I paid 3 baht and went to see.
It was.
I could believe it! I tried several different squat positions to get the prime position and so with my head between my legs (to make sure it was going the right way and not on my shorts!)
I wee'd.... into a whole... in the ground....and the flushed it with the bucket of water. FML.
Antibac handwash was needed after.
ANYWAY
We found this lovely toilet whilst at a night food market which was awesome! We paid £8.45 (440 baht) for 4x beers and 5 Thai dishes, AMAZE! & it was the best food ever.
Shortly before this we met 2 peeps, Abby & John from Manchester & Liverpool! Abby now works in Bangkok so took us over to the night market, introduced us to her friend who owned a bar there, she showed us the ropes of the market and we were off... well I was off! Ordering lots of lovely food because James will literally eat anything. We ended up with chicken and cashew nuts, sweet and sour pork, Thai noodles with chicken and pork with morning glory (what every man wakes up with and wants to do to!) ha ha it turns out this is a collection of veg and rice!

Well now last nights sleep was aweful, our hostel was the noisiest thing in the world and my legs have been bitten to shreds and were itching like mad so i didnt sleep at all!!
We're in a....slightly better place tonight so fingers crossed!
