on sunday we went to the south island. we started in wellington at 06:30 (!!!). that was definitely too early... wen entered the ferry and went to picton. from picton we drove to the Abel Tasman National Park and did some stops in Marlbrough, which is a very famous wine region. so we did a wine testing there. in the evening we arrived at Abel Tasman at our accomodation: "the barn". we had a very nice bbq dinner and it turns out that smuggels (the driver) is a real steak expert :-)
