Boo!
Today was cooler as forecast with a cool windchill factor. So we headed off to St Paul's Cathedral which was where Lord Nelson's Tomb is. The audio guides work really well at these attractions. There was quiet a few other tombs as well underneath the main level of the cathedral.
After a stroll I survived my first camping shop experience as there were so many products and at a reasonable price to!
We headed down to the pier and it a boat down to Greenwich. We explored the grounds of the old royal naval college and had a huge pizza for lunch. We continued up the hill where they were setting up for an athletic event for the Olympics. Had a squize around then I left the others to head to North Greenwich where there was a 2 day old new cable car which is about a km long. After a return trip in the strong wind I caught a bus back to Russel Square and went to the pub to watch the Aussies play England at Lords unfortunately we lost by 16 runs so I left quietly being totally outnumbered 100:1! Tomorrow we head to Glasgow in the arvo.
Cheers
