I have settled in pretty well here. On my way home from school I like to stop by the library where I can read magazines, newspapers, books or just study. After the library sometimes I stop by a small grocery store to buy food for the week. Then I go home and study. They just got the wireless internet all fixed in their house so I can even be online in my room! Sometimes I like to go for walks in the city or in the park next to the house. It is the famous park Guelle by Gaudi and it is beautiful! There is this one spot under a bridge where there is often times a man playing the guitar. He plays it so well and I love the sound of the spanish guitar! Sometimes I study there, or just sit and listen. Some of you will be surprised to learn I do not have a favorite coffee shop in Barcelona. In fact I have not had coffee since I got off the plane. It just seems such an easy way to lose money and I don't need it. Maybe in Paris I will change my mind, but here in Barcelona I've decided to study where it's free. I am on a tight budget here, but it's not so bad, in fact it's kind of fun. It's a sort of game to try not to spend more than is neccessary and it is kind of freeing to realize how little I actually need! That's all for now, more later. Love, Mikahla
