10 days to go!

James and I have just 10 days to go before our first clients arrive. We are working hard on the two training yachts and will have them ready in time. As soon as I can get my laptop to a Place with wifi I will upload a picture of the yacht that ran aground in a bay which we explored 2 weeks ago.

Last weekend the plan was to hire some quad bikes but they could not get insurance in time they said. So we were going to hire some this weekend but the two people who were most interested have now left the company but are still living in Corfu so we may do it yet.

I have hired a bicycle for the last two weeks , I have to give it back tomorrow, and last Sunday I went for a nice ride around a bit of the island. I ride to and from the Marina each day too and am enjoying it. It is keeping me fit, waking me up in the morning and takes 10 minutes to cycle there and back. But the main reason I like the bike is because I can be more independent. The company have hired a minivan to shuttle us around ( two of us are the drivers, not management). However, the drivers do not want to be flexible and I can stay in the bar socialising with a pint while the rest have to leave or get stuck at the Marina.

Weather has turned cold again and rain is forecast for the next 3 days!!!
Other than that not much is going on here.

I can't wait to start as I have seen this Marina for 6 weeks now...
