Today was our last full day on the tour and we headed back to Roma via Orvieto. There is a big well (which I didnt end up going to see) in Orvieto, a church very similar to Duomo in Florence because it was designed by the same guy. We had lunch ina cute little restaurant and then headed back to the bus via the furnicular. Orvieto is a town (medievil) built upon towns.
Once we go back to Roma, we took a shower in a GIANT sized bathroom before we had dinner and then drinks at a bar near the hotel. The bar has the biggest cocktail list I have ever seen in my life. Any cocktail you can think of, it was there. I triedthis shot which is 1/2 a shot of Havana Club, and you get a wedge of lemon and dip one side in cane sugar, adn the other side with ground coffee. Once you drink the rum then you eat the lemon that is dipped in the sugar and coffee... it is very good. Still can't find the name for this drink though so if anyone knows?
Afterwards, a bunch of us headed back to Me, Cheryll and Katies balcony for a bit of a chat. Also found out Dario read the feedback forms and might have been offended because he mentioned something to Jules about something she had written. It actually really upset her because of the way he had said it and it completely ruined her night. He should have really just taken it like a man and used it as constructive criticism and improved on it for the next tour group.
They left around 3:30 ish. It was a nice night to finish off the tour. I will miss everyone.
