Title: Day 1 at Sea

Last night it rained on everyone's watch but the wind is pretty steady and the boat is moving along at about 7-8 knots.

I got a few hours sleep after my watch and woke up, shaved, and had some shredded wheat for breakfast.

Sounds pleasant enough but everything you try to do on a small boat pitching and rolling at sea is very difficult.

This afternoon I made a couple gallons of water with the water maker while we ran the engine for a couple of hours.

It was a nice sunny day and the wind is holding steady at 20 to 25 knots. The boat is just ripping along at 7 to 8 knots making it difficult to move around on the boat.

It's past mid-night and I'm going t get some sleep.
