Title: Sunshine Makes Me Happy

The rain stopped this morning and the sun came out. We lined the rails with clothes to dry.

After a breakfast of canned fruit, John the owner and Suzy went ashore to do some banking and Martyn and I were left to dry out the mainsail and put the sail cover on.

After that, I grabbed a notebook and started making notes on where things were. I also started making a list of thinks that needed repairing.

When the others came back, Martyn fixed sandwiches for us and we went through the various flares.

Then Martyn and I took the dingy to shore and I checked email and worked on my blog.

Tonight we all went to a restaurant called Trappas. I had the mussels, scallops, and shrimp for $25.

I have been having problems with my back muscles seizing up. This is quite painful. No matter how much stretching I do, there is no relieve. I took aspirin and IB Profin but neither worked very well. Tonight I took 2 Sulindac and I am very tired.
