After taking the metro rail downtown, we met up with another group of girls from LSU at Pike Place Market. Seattle must have air conditioning. It was a perfect 56 degrees when we walked out the airport. It wasn't the bone chilling Louisiana 56 degrees. The flights were pretty uneventful. One-hour layover in Houston. Grabbed a Subway, saw a lovely soccer team from Ireland. Then connecting four-hour flight into Seattle. We arrived to the Courtyard Marriot room around 10PM. In true first night fashion, a BBQ chicken pizza was ordered.
