So we had our supper. It was as good as our lunch. We started with juice or tea. Then we went on to a soup course that was great both were herbed with 2-3 parts cilantro and 1 part mint. Lunch was broth supper had like a polenta broth. Then lunch had a huge piece of fish and eice sand supper had rice and 4 cubes of chicken withvegtables in a lovely sauce.
I had I've issues this morning or lunch time rather. But there is no sign of it this evening so that's a bonus.

Anyway it's 745 and I'm beat and will be asleep in no time. Also on the up two people have been asked to start at 5 am tomorrow and I'm not one of them though secretly I wish I could start early so I don't hold the group up and have lots of time. It's really time for bed now
