So the photo is what I see when I look up from lying in my single bed. A mosquito net that I just did a bit of a mcguyver deet treatment of. It's comfortable and safe and that's what counts. I took malarone again tonight. We are doing evening walks which is prime malaria mosquito time.

This evening we went on a night walk we saw lots of huge spiders , criquites, stick insects, and other insects. We also saw a few lizards. All of which has me a bit more on edge re creepy crawlers in the night. It was an experience that scarred the bejesus out ofe even thoug we only walked 400m into the jungle.

Anyway, we are heading out at 6am tomorrow for a boat ride and a 4km walk from the boat. So that should be good? Truth be told I not much on this whole jungle thing. r
