Trial Bay Gaol Campground (an absolutely sublime campground and bay, but busy and expensive in school holidays)

3 glorious days of sunshine and swimming to salvage the last few days of our roadtrip - well that was the plan until we opened up our camper to discover that the newly repaired water pump was now leaking (thanks apparently to it not being tightened properly at the service centre. I mean seriously! I cried my last tears of disappointment and finally accepted that we needed to head home.

Thankfully, the sun was shining, the sea was glistening, and the smiles of our girls were sparkling so I couldn't be sombre for long. We can't wait for more camping trips together - maybe in a tent with no moving parts though - and before that we are taking our girls on a 'big jet plane' and for dinner at the KL food markets (one of the places in the world that Jonathan and I loved to visit pre-kids)! One dream is ending but a new one is coming true!
