Hi everyone!
Good news first, tomorrow I am leaving for Cape town. I am really excited and can not wait to see the city and the ocean. Unfortunately the water is supposed to be quiet cold, so we will see if it is possible to go surfing, but the wheather forecast is quiet good, all week around 30 degrees and lots of sunshine.
Yesterday the Swazicourse finished and we had a great ceremony at the end. We went to the Nelsspruit World Cup stadium. It was really amazing, so far no grass on the ground, hopefully there will be some in June, only 101 days till the World Cup starts. After handing out the certificates to the participants we were able to see the changing rooms of the players and we sat on the trainer bench next to the pitch. I will add picures soon. It was so much fun.
Last night after we went home from a Birthday party, when we dicovered that the lock of the front door was damaged, the door was still closed, but we were not able to lock or unlock it any more. With the help of a hanger we finally managed to get in, but it leaves all of us with a strange feeling. Today someone will come and fix , and we have to report it to the police, but hopefully it will not happen again.
Other than that we went to Secunda last week, had two monitoring visits and stayed at a really nice Lodge. But is was very cold in Secunda, only 16 degrees and we were all happy to be back in warm White River.
I still need to pack my stuff for Cape town, gonna take the bus to Johannesburg and then fly to Cape town. More about my trip next week!
Take care1
