Gurgaon is meant to be a transit stop. It is between New Delhi and the airport. It took almost 6 hours to drive from Haridwar to Gurgaon. Before you even drive into the Trident Gurgaon hotel driveway, the security boom gives you the sense that this is an upmarket hotel.
