Happy Halloween!!! Well, it was Halloween for us yesterday. We began by waking up at 2:45am, driving for an hour, trekking up a volcano for 2 hours to see the sunset. It was worth every step. Actually chilly, we wore sweatshirts! It is an active volcano, more on the west side so kind of freaky. When we got to the bottom and looked back up, you could tell it had a big crater and we were on the very top! Quite fun. Back to our place and in bed by 9am, though! So, I think we are very boring travellers. We are still in Ubud, been a week, I think? Don't do much! Read, go walk around, eat and tan. Went on a great walk in the countryside a couple days ago, very beautiful. We had a visitor one night, a lizard in our bathroom. Not too big, little longer than my hand. I went to go to the washroom and I heard a sound and look to see the lizard with a cockroach in its mouth chilling on the wall!! I was so scared i didnt even scream (score one for me!). Started laughing and Steve said it was good as it will eat our bugs!! That is what you get with an open-aired bathroom!!

We have neighbors at the guesthouse, guess you cannot have it to yourself forever! We are looking to rent a motorbike for a few days and head North to Lovina and into the mountains. Leave our big bags here at the guesthouse and just take the small ones. Going to head back to Kuta area to go surfing again for a few days before we have to leave Indo on Nov. 12.

Travel plan!!! Yes, i think we actually have one!! We are leaving Indo on Nov. 12 and flying to Macau/Hing Kong. We are going to stay with some friends of mine in Macau which is great to have a base to go and explore Macau (Steve wants to go gamble!) and Hong Kong. We are then going to fly to Beijing to see the Great Wall and all the sights there. Back to Macau to get our things and then head to Vietnam. Want to begin Vietnam by the beginning of December. Thailand by mid January then Malaysia for March before heading to MEXICO for Kel and Brents wedding!!! Now, this plan could change but we kind of like having some idea as to what we are going to do!!

Since it is Steve's birthday (27!!!!!), I am going to listen to Brad and accept my mission to get him good and liquored tonight... I think we can suffer through a few bottles of Bintang!!!

Hope you are all doing well, we are feeling much better (I will out-wit the Asian gut!!). I really hope we have some interesting stories soon!! Miss you and love you!
