Well to continue to our next destination, we traveled to Jarabacoa. Jarabacoa was a little bigger then our last destination. We explored the city the first couple of days and I was desperate to find a laundry center. I think Roxanne wanted to kill me, but I ended up finding one. We then scheduled our adventures. We came to find out that everything is done early in the morning or in the late afternoon because everyday at 1pm it starts to down pour. The whole town just shuts down until 2 or 3 while it down pours. We went white water rafting our second day. We had three of the most hilarious male guides, and one in particular caught my eye, Wilson. He was absolutly gorgous. I talked about him a little too much. Roxanne may have wanted to sew my mouth shut. The white water rafting lasted two hours and Roxanne managed to fall out of the raft three times. I guess she just didn't have the skills I had. Then the guides tipped the whole raft at the end so we all fell out. The next day we went on a three hour hike up the mountains. I don't think I have ever had to walk up that steep of a hill. Roxanne has been sick so I thought her lungs were going to collapse. It was a good workout. We then traveled back to our hotel where we met a son and dad from California. They gave us a rope so we could hang our clothes to dry. We then actually ran into the boy, Matt, again in Cabarata. We also managed to go out with the guides two nights in a row. They were a lot of fun to hang out with. Well that sums up Jarabacoa. Next, destination is Cabarata.
