Hi everyone,

well Simon and Esmee have started their path to a healthier lifestyle today and have purchased bikes. There are loads of cycle tracks around here and they are graded 1 easy and gentle- 5 tough and mental. Colin our host has threatened..i mean promised to take simon up on a 4/5 although he said to simon that " a 2 can be as much fun if you go at it!" Judging the pictures of the trails i have seen with jumps and ramps etc it is a good job helmets are compulsorary.

I had my first encounter with rotorua hospital today and everyone in HR and occupational health were so friendly and helpful, next week i am being shown around by the senior midwifery staff ready to start work on 3rd Nov.

Still trailing around the rentals.
