So again i am a good month behind this blog but i am determined to try and keep up with it, so let the back tracking begin! 27/11/11 So we arrived in Hervey Bay and checked in at 'The freindly hostel' it was so nice we had our own kitchen, living room, tv and dvd player. it reminded me of my great Aunts house in Liverpool for some reason. So we arrived at the bus stop for 1770 and our hostel cool bananas was waiting to give us a lift........ 8 metres down the road to our hostel so pointless but funny. The hostel was pretty cool we shared a room with a Yank from Florida. Airlie beach....18/11 So we got the ferry back to townsville to get the greyhound to Airlie beach. We checked into Nomads a pretty cool hostel and headed straight out for lunch. Me and gem had a steak it was soooo good, the aussies do good steak. We just chilled out that night at the hostel, sat under a fruit bat tree, not the best place to be! The next day we chilled out at the lagoon with the two guys from our room, an american and mancunian quite a funny comb...

So i'm behind by about a month and alot has happened since the last blog entry so here goes... We got the coach from Cairns to Townsville, we had a crazy coach driver who showed us his country music video, which was pretty shocking, but so funny!! On the bus to the hostel all these school girls got on wearing the funniest hats, Australian school uniform sucks! The foriegn exchange hostel was so nice its was a old house coverted! Although it was the nicest hostel...

So we spent afew days in Singapore shopping and eating no other way to do it really. But we completed our time there by donig the Singapore sling in Raffles with the peanut throwing as always, the bill was pretty insane it was $90 for x3 slings nice ha. So we flew to Darwin first, then our connecting flight was delayed by 2 hours.
