Sadly little Grace died on Monday morning. We gave the little guys a good chance at life but it wasn't to be!
Hank took a turn for the worst when he got enteritis, probably from stress from his attack. We had to force feed him for 2 days. Yesterday the vet nurse gave him lots of medicine and by lunch time his appetite was back with a vengeance! He is still a little wobbly on his feet but he is slowly getting back to the Hank he was before the accident.
The dog with the badly mangled foot (case 18) which i have named Kane, collapsed suddenly yesterday even though his treatment was going so well. I gave him a drip and fed him through a syringe. Luckily he has a good appetite still! He has been like this for 2 days now. Hopefully he will get better very soon! One of the other volunteers, Sean, has been giving him lots of love which is great because it is just as effective as the medicines we have been giving him.
We went to an Indian family's house for a meal to celebrate the festival of the cow. The food was delicious!
The Internet has been very bad here which is why I haven't been able to contact anyone in a while. But it seems to be pretty strong now so hopefully I'll be able to talk to people soon :)
