Arrived in Melbourne yesterday and really like it. Got the feeling of a city but the small village vibe aswell...went to Victoria Arts Centre and had a cool Bollywood Dreams exhibition with heaps of cool photo, films, soundstracks and interviews from this fantastic industry. Wow, what a retreat - Australia's little bit of paradise. Got to Magnetic Island  - know as Maggie by the locals - on Friday. Staying at THe best place in Aus - Bungalow Bay, Koala Village. It's a sanctuary for Koala's and other wildlife. Staying in these cute little 'A' shape bungalows. The hostel is more like a hotel with its spa pool, bling restaurant, and bar. There are a few people camping but you know me - I don't do camping any...

Arrived at Noosa yesterday and spent most of the day boogie boarding. HELLLLLO - we are now in Aus land...Sydney to be precise. Wow what a morning...just been out whale watching. Saw a sperm whale after about an hour at sea. Saw it rise to the surface and then float while it re-oxygenated and had a poo then the most fantastic thing - watched it go under the water - huge tail waving goodbye to us. Nate tried to take some pictures but it was really choppy and he was lucky not to have gone over board!The great vision of the whale momentarily took my mind of my sea sickness...as it submerged ...
