Arrived at Noosa yesterday and spent most of the day boogie boarding. Also decided to hire a car so currently bombing around the East Coast in my pimping Banana Yelloe Hyundai Getz - 1.6 I'll have you know comlpete with stereo controls on the steering wheel - better spec'd than the Mini was!! Went to Australia Zoo earlier this afternoon - this is THE Zoo owned by the Late, great Steve Irwin. Totally fantastic place saw heaps of wildlife from tigers, lizards, and koalas to Galapagos Tortoises, elephants and crocs. They put on a fab show in the Crocosium with birds, snakes and salt water crocs that they lured out of the water with raw meat - check out the pictures as they are awesome creatures. I nearly won a competition that they had going in the Crocosium - everyone had to do their impression of a gorilla complete with sound effects. So, ever ready to perform I stood up and impressed away...Nathan was hiding with embarrassment by this point...my efforts won my second position but I gained a number of fans who were all too keen to tell me I'd been robbed!BIGGEST NEWS ON 14th OCT - CONGRATULATIONS TO REENA AND REUBEN...HE FINALLY POPPED THE QUESTION ALONG WITH A ROCK TO REENA ON HER BIRTHDAY...FANTASTIC NEWS INDEED!!!xxx
