We left Matlock in a rainstorm, it remained wet all the way down towards Cambridge. Not a good start to the weekend we thought, but as we approached the outskirts of the city, the sun started to come out and we followed the directions to the campsite at Cobham Common. We checked in and parked up.

Once we had got sorted out we went down to the Cherry Hill sight to see who was playing. Being the first night, the main stage was not on, just Stage Two and the Club tent. CherryHolmes was playing Stage Two and Rebecca was well into the idea of watching the bands, from "Daddy's shoulders" of course.

We returned to the motorhome having taken in the sites and got to understand what was where to get a good nights sleep before the next day began in full.
