Steak and Red Wine!

On our second day we met a really nice American couple, Fernando and Gulaya, who we spent the day with just wondering around a few of the local parks and chatting. They have both lived in just about every country in the world, so its been awesome to listen to there experiences.

Being a typical Brit I was determined to devour as much steak as possible whilst in Argentina, as it is dirt cheap, and you get crazy amounts (not to mention that it tastes far better than home). So the concept of an all you can eat BBQ at the hostel with Argentinean steak on the menu was an offer to good to refuse and it didn't disappoint….Woody you would be in your element here mate. I reckon in that one sitting I managed at least a full cow, even Rina who very rarely eats beef felt obliged to try a couple of fillets.

All four of us were also amazed at just how cheap alcohol was in Buenos Aires, to accompany our BBQ we drank fantastic Argentinean red wine at £2 a bottle and litre bottles of Brahma for 65p!
