A bit overcast today but the promised rain hasn't come so we set off for a walk to the next beach village to the north, An Bang Beach. We walked along the road looking at all the interesting village life along the way. Lots of building rubble everywhere. It seems when a house is demolished the bricks are just left in a pile and the vegetation takes over. Lots of semi demolished houses here. Walked the last bit along the beach then retraced our steps back and Lisa took a detour to a local massage place that we had seen the day before. I resisted the temptation and returned to our room. When she returned reinvigorated we went to the beach bar for lunch and then a sit by the pool for the rest of the afternoon. (someones got to do it) Met Gemma, a lady from Ireland that we have made friends with and the couple from Utas and caught the 6.00PM shuttle into Hoi An for dinner which we had at the Morning Glory restaurant. Got the 9.20PM shuttle back and turned in for our last sleep in Vietnam.
We have thoroughly enjoyed Vietnam, the people are lovely and welcome you like you are family members. We have seen some amazing sights and we hope to return again someday.
