Now on my 3rd handbag purchase in less than 24hrs - does that make me a bad person? Went to the San Telmo market today, Sunday is definately the day to go as more stall and street performers. You can see tango, get your picture taken with an eskimo family and but anything from a brand new unique bag to a baby doll with a missing leg to ?antiques. Perhaps even better than the Fife - Crail car boot sale. It was very bizarre today, people on stilts, witches, a very cute baby boy penguin, a massive polar bear and a jazz band in the middle of it! Some funky paintings to look out for too.

Lunched at Monse´s Restaurant/bar - a nice strong coffee too. Very mustardy pasta for me and Sarah asked for a ´surprise´ salad as she didn´t understand all the spanish words when asked to pick 5 items for the salad.

Went to tha Casa Rosada on Plaza Mayor to feed the pigeons, after much persuasion on my part. Definately mating season for the pigeons here but the lady birds are not having any of it!

Went to the theatre (Teatro Lola Membrives, 25ps) last night after getting bargain tickets (4GBP each) for a Spanish musical (Sweet Charity) about a prostitute trying to change her life and falling in love. I didn´t understand a word but you get the gist of it. The Line House is pretty mad just now with the ´Creamfields´gig on here so we are partial to a wee snooze in the quiet afternoon because Sarah says they restarted the party at the hostel this morning at 6am but i managed to sleep through the whole thing!
