This morning I woke Jas up early to come for a bit of a work out. We jogged to a local park then had a go on the fitness equipment before doing a basic circuit. Day two was a lovely relaxing day. After a much needed sleep, I was up and ready to go. Jen took me to a stunning Waffle House in an old Roman village area. The scenery there was just gorgeous.
